In this era, I think everyone loves junk food like me too. But everything is fine when it happens in limits but when it happens beyond the limits it may harm your health in various ways. In today’s busy life, we should give a little bit attention to our body, health and should take some mental rest. All these things have become a very important part of our regular life as nothing is pure in the market. We are losing the purity of food, drinks and even the breath we are inhaling is polluted. Food leaves a great effect on your body, it can be good as well as bad as it all depends on the type of your food you eat.  

Wasn’t magic, when we hear our old generation lived for 100 and more than 100 years. It used to happen just because there was purity in everything (in thoughts, in blessings, in foods, in environment etc.) even they used to do regular physical work which made them physically fit and healthy.

According to a dermatologist – only diseased skin will not have inflammation but in fact, inflammation can be in the healthy and aging skin. After researching on some theories, dermatologist says – In fact missing vitamins can be the reason of inflammation in your body.

The dermatologist gave three ways to get rid of these problems:

The first approach is about to adopt a strict anti-inflammatory diet to transform your skin into the healthy skin within three days.

The second approach is to take the right supplements of inflammation-reducing vitamins and minerals. They can help you to look younger than your chronological years.

And the last solution of this problem is to get topical treatments – he recommends.

This is true that you will never see the beautiful skin on an unhealthy patient and you will never see the damaged skin on someone who is actually healthy.

Fruits- Pomegranates, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon, figs, avocado.

Vegetables- Spinach, brussels sprouts, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.

Other foods- Salmon, mushrooms, nuts, legumes, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, fermented foods.

Beverages- Green tea, and red wine.

Oils- Olive oil, coconut oil.

Herbs/Spices/Flavourings- Turmeric, honey, sesame seeds, parsley, and raw cacao.
