THESE HOMEMADE SCRUBS WILL KEEP YOUR SKIN FRESH AND SOFT

Locked down has made all of us self isolated. Everyone is facing difficulties whether it is economical, mental, physical or any other. But instead of this,we should keep ourselves motivated, active and try to be more productive as much as we can. Take current lock-down time as an opportunity (with a positive attitude) and bring out that person from inside that you always wanted to become. Do all those things which you could not have done before due to your busy schedules.

Most of us are short of many regular essential things nowadays, which we used to purchase from the market before. In this blog, we are considering a scrub which you can easily make at home and keep your skin fresh and healthy without going out.

Before talking about the steps, have a look at the importance of a scrub. “Washing and cleansing your face is not sufficient to keep your skin flawless. Instead of this, you need to use a good exfoliating face scrub which helps you to get rid of the old skin cells and make way for new ones. This process is known as exfoliation.”

Here I am going to share a couple of homemade scrubs that you can make at home quickly, and all the ingredients will be available at home easily. Use these scrubs twice a week to unclog your pores and make your skin bright and supple.

1. Sugar and olive oil: This one is the easiest way to make scrub as it uses only two ingredients sugar and olive oil. Both the ingredients are readily available at home. Sugar is excellent scrub for the skin while olive oil makes the skin smoother and supple. Take the equal quantity of both (half a cup each) and mix them together, now store the mixture in an airtight jar. Your homemade scrub is ready now.

2. Honey, lemon & sugar: If olive oil is not available at your home, then you can choose this one. All you need is honey, lemon and sugar. Take ¼ cup of sugar and add 3 tablespoons of honey. Add 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice, now stir the mixture well and store in a jar. You scrub is ready to use now.

3. Coconut oil & Baking soda: Baking soda is a great natural exfoliator, and coconut oil keeps your skin moisturize. Please remember you need to use baking soda, not baking powder. Take 2 tbsp of baking soda and mix it with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Use this scrub only once in a week.

4. Chocolate face scrub: Cocoa powder adds a glow to the face, and coconut oils is an excellent resource of moisturizer. Take 3 tbsp of cocoa powder and mix it with 2 tbsp of coconut oil. This mixture will act as a scrub cum mask for the skin. I hope you guys found this content helpful. Stay tuned with us for more fashion and beauty tips.
