Is Memysha a secure site?
Safe and secure online shopping experience is important to us. All the payments made using credit card are encrypted and we secure the customer information on our servers. We will never provide or sell our customer information/data to an outside party. You can go through are privacy policy for any additional information.


Where is my order?
Your order is important to us. In any case, if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email from Memysha yet then drop an email to help@memysha.com, and we’ll investigate and take action if needed. If you have received a shipping notification consult your tracking number for the latest update on where your package is. Please remember if we’ve just had a big release we might be a little slower at getting orders out for delivery. However, we will keep you posted regarding where your package is.


Getting an error when I’m trying to place my order, help.?
First and foremost…Remember to breathe so take air into the lungs and then expel it. Because if you don’t, you’ll lose your consciousness, and then it’ll take even longer to get your Memysha order, and that’s no good. Another essential step in getting your order placed with Memysha is checking if you have filled all the details out correctly including your name, address, and payment info. Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and email us at help@memysha.com (with screenshots if possible!), and we’ll see if we can track down the problem.

How do I return my order?
In any situation or for any reason, if you don’t like the product so you may return your order to Memysha within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting the returns page. Please review terms and conditions on our Shipping and Returns page for additional information about returning goods. Shipping and handling charges will depend upon the reason for your return.


When will I receive my refund?
Generally, it takes five days to reflect refund in your bank. We process the refund request on the same day we receive the returned items. We will send the confirmation email so that you can check the status of refund at your end.


How do I return defective goods?
You may return your order to Memysha within 48 hours of receiving the order if they are defective/incomplete/broken. We will send the replacement goods via the same shipping service you chose during check out. Please report your claims using the returns page.


How long will it take me to get my order?
Memysha always tries to send goods as soon as the order is made. Depending upon the product availability, estimated delivery dates are mentioned at check out page and are not guaranteed. We will provide the tracking information so that customer can verify the real-time product delivery information.


How can I pay for my order?
Memysha currently accepts the following payment methods but we do not ship COD.

Is amendment or changes are possible once the order is made?
We can make the changes before the order is prepared for dispatch. Changes like cancellation, change the size of an item or edit your billing and shipping information. However, we will not be able to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. Fresh order has to be placed for any new item. If you need to make any amendments, please email us on help@memysha.com for assistance.


How to check if my payment went through?
If the order confirmation page appeared after your payment, then your payment has gone through, and you will receive a confirmation email from Memysha regarding your order. If you’re still unsure, please contact your bank for further information.


Why was my order cancelled?
Sometimes an item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. In this case, someone from our team will contact within 24-48 hours about the cancellation.


Is it possible to Return/Exchange items that I bought on sale?
All sale items are FINAL SALE and can’t be returned or exchanged. You can review our returns policy here.


How do I know which ones are SALE items?
It’s pretty simple! A product is considered a Sale item when it is:

(a) marked as a sale item; and
(b) located on the ‘sale’ page on the Memysha website

What is the best way to contact Memysha?
As we are an internet based company the best method to contact us is by email at help@memysha.com. However, if you want to speak to us personally by phone, you can call +91-8979-37-8787. Our operating time is 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Indian time. If we are unavailable or on the phone with another customer, please leave us a message!


Where are your products made?
We have selected small vendors from where we get the manufacturing done from all over India. We sit and personally design each product before sending it to an assembly line. That’s what we call ‘MADE IN INDIA.’ Why? Because that’s where we are and we like to stay on top and in touch with the manufacturing process. We also source unique products from China so that the best fashion along with quality can be offered to the Indian customer.


Where are your fabrics from?
We source our fabrics from all around the world! 🙂 Owing to the fact that there are just some countries that know their stuff when it comes to fabric..
